Účinok hnojenia digestátom na energetickú efektívnosť produkcie repy cukrovej = Effect of Digestate Fertilization on Energy Efficiency of Sugar Beet Production

The field trial experiment with sugar beet was carried out in Kolíňany in 2004–2008. A biogas station is situated in Kolíňany too. The digestate – secondary product after production biogas was applied into sugar beet stand. We evaluated energy pretension of sugar beet grow in interaction with process of atmospheric conditions on the root yield of sugar
beet. The highest statistical significant yield (58.88 t.ha–1) was at the variant after application digestate during vegetation in average of the years 2004–2008. The energy inputs were higher at the variants with farmyard manure than at the variants with digestate. The highest energy inputs were at the variant with farmyard manure 40 t.ha–1. The production and manipulation with farmyard manure was high exacting in term of energy. From results of experiment result that growing of sugar beet is on a large scale affected not only moisture quantity but primarily its sufficient in critical evolutionary period. The signs are statistically significant higher root yields of sugar beet in the year 2007 (57.38 t.ha–1) when stands had plenty of moisture and reasonable temperatures in critical period. These conditions were not fulfilled in the year 2006 it showed the lowest root yield of sugar beet (43.10 t.ha–1) within evaluated period.
